What makes ThreadCo essentials different?

Every piece is built to fit right, feel right, and stay right. That means 180gsm cotton, pre-shrunk before it reaches you, and a tailored fit that holds its shape wash after wash. No shrinkage surprises, no collars losing shape.

Are there specific care instructions for maintaining the quality of ThreadCo apparel?

Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer where you can, or use a low heat setting. Avoid fabric softener on the collar, it can affect the fit over time.

What sizes do you offer, and how do I find my fit?

We offer S to 3XL. Check your chest measurement against the size guide on each product page to find your size. If you're between sizes, go up for a more relaxed fit or down for something more tailored.

Why does ThreadCo sell in packs rather than single tees?

Packs are the easiest way to build a wardrobe you can rely on, no decision fatigue, no guesswork, just a system that works from day one. They're also where the best value sits.

Can I buy single items instead of packs?

Some pieces are available as singles, you'll see this option on the site where it applies. Packs remain the best value and the simplest way to build your wardrobe.

Can I create my own combination of items?

If the pack you're after isn't listed on site, use Build Your Wardrobe to put together your own mix.

Order & Delivery

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order's been dispatched, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you've got an account with us, you can also check your order status any time by logging in.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is £2.99 and arrives within 3 to 5 working days. If you need it sooner, next day delivery is available for £6.99, order before 2pm on a working day and it'll be with you the following day.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only. We're working on expanding to more countries, so watch this space.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We get orders moving quickly so they reach you sooner, which means there's only a short window to make changes after checkout. Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do what we can to help. Once an order has shipped we're not able to amend it, but you're covered by our 90 day returns policy either way.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straightaway at hello@threadco.clothing if anything's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Refund & Returns

How do I initiate a return or exchange for a product I purchased?

Head to our Returns Centre and follow the steps there to generate a return or exchange, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You've got 90 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Can I return part of a pack?

Packs are returned as a full set rather than split into individual pieces. If you're after a different combination going forward, Build Your Wardrobe lets you put one together without needing to return anything first.

What condition does my item need to be in to return it?

Unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How long does a refund take once you've received my return?

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and confirm whether it's been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it land, get in touch at hello@threadco.clothing.
