Head to our Returns Centre and follow the steps there to generate a return or exchange, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You've got 90 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer where you can, or use a low heat setting. Avoid fabric softener on the collar, it can affect the fit over time.

We get orders moving quickly so they reach you sooner, which means there's only a short window to make changes after checkout. Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do what we can to help. Once an order has shipped we're not able to amend it, but you're covered by our 90 day returns policy either way.

I returned the items in order to get an exchange for a larger size. I have heard nothing further.
Except for a message from Evri to tell me the return had been delivered to you (25th Aug 2026 at 13.18)

Bought for holiday in two weeks so have only tried on for size. Fit well and quality seems good.

Ordered XL as per size guide and my usual size. Unfortunately these are huge, really long fit (sit below the groin) and baggy, not a tailored fit as advertised. Quality is okay for the price but doesn’t stand out among other brands. I recommend ordering a size down.

Fit does shift a bit with height and build, but sitting below the groin isn't what we're going for with the Classic Tee.

The shirts are first class

I have worn the white T twice after the first wear and wash the sleaves have discoloured from deodorant and it was worn on a cool day. Second wash and the collar is already losing shape.
Just hoping the rest dont have the same quality issue.

Such good quality…this was my second order of 4 tshirts. Slowly replacing all my previous tshirts with the ThreadCo ones.

Excellent, but for one problem…
The tee shirts are lovely - good length, fit well, material is soft. As somebody who cuts tags out of tee shirts I particularly like the printed labels. They’ve held their shape well in the wash too. So what’s the catch? The problem is that the neck material/binding isn’t strong enough - after two washes the neck looks like the tee shirts are ten years old. It’s all wavy and stretched. It’s a shame, because everything else is great. Maybe I’ve been unlucky.

Ordered the XL originally they was to big exchanged to large ,the process for exchange was great ,the quality of the t-shirt is good quality highly recommend

Few washes in and things I’ve noticed.
Collar is now loose but not horribly
They have all shrunk so much shorter, they need to be atleast an inch longer to begin with to takle this.

Very good wuality, a good fit and a good weight

Got a great deal on a pack of 4 tees and honestly wasn’t expecting too much, but the quality and fit is absoluteky fantastic. I’ve commented to my wife only yesterday that they are incredibly well made and the stitching is perfect. I even found a tiny silicone logo near the waist that’s a nice touch. Can’t recommend them enough and I’m a Lacoste fan boy.
