How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order's been dispatched, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you've got an account with us, you can also check your order status any time by logging in.
How do I initiate a return or exchange for a product I purchased?
Head to our Returns Centre and follow the steps there to generate a return or exchange, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You've got 90 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Are there specific care instructions for maintaining the quality of ThreadCo apparel?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer where you can, or use a low heat setting. Avoid fabric softener on the collar, it can affect the fit over time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We get orders moving quickly so they reach you sooner, which means there's only a short window to make changes after checkout. Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do what we can to help. Once an order has shipped we're not able to amend it, but you're covered by our 90 day returns policy either way.

I have bought a few multi pack T-shirts on Amazon but these are by far the best I have had. The fit is good on the body and makes arms look bigger which is always goodThe T-shirts feel very premium and soft, the 3d logo is a really nice touch at the bottom of T-shirts. I would definitely buy these again as they very reasonable in price but great quality.

Love these t shirts. Material is really soft and falls on me really nicely. And I love the subtle logo in the corner - very cool. They said it makes you look good - and I'd say it does!! Colours are exactly what I was after too. Will be buying the other colours too.

bought two packs of 4 as I wanted certain colours. The quality is excellent and I am tempted to back go back and get 2 more packs of 4 as I want the colours. Trust me guys, these T shirts are great quality. Shame I can't get the 8 T-Shirt Bundle price but that's my choice on colours.

Seriously comfortable and stylish t shirts! For a guy who struggles to find t shirts that don't hug and reveal the expanding waste line, but also aren't too loose that you look like you've been unwell, these are excellent! The colour combo is also really classy, with the perfect pastel style to compliment jeans, chinos or shorts. A great buy that I will be back to revisit in the future!

I hadn’t heard of this brand before, so was a bit sceptical but I have to say they exceeded expectations. They fit really well and feel much higher quality than what I’ve found in shops like Uniqlo or H&M. Will be getting more!
